The Time Keepers Return Policy

Exchange

In the event that the customer receives the wrong product or changes their mind on which product they would like The Time Keepers will allow for an exchange of products in the same range. The Time Keepers does not allow for refunds in the event that the customer no longer wants the product they have purchased, only exchanges. An exchange will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received and still contains the protective stickers on the face and case back of the watch, as well as the plastic insert in the crown of the watch. If it has been longer than 30 days since receiving the product, exchanges are no longer valid. To file for an exchange and receive a return shipping label please contact our customer service here.

Warranty Claim

In the event that a watch is received with any minor or major faults, The Time Keepers first and foremost apologises for any defects and is here to help repair/replace your faulty watch as soon as possible. All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturers warranty.

A minor fault constitutes anything that can be easily fixed either by the customer themselves or The Time Keepers. In the event of a minor fault The Time Keepers support team may propose a number of options to the customer about how the item can be fixed or replaced. This may include sending the customer any tools or parts required to make the repair. In the event that the customer does not wish to make the repair him or herself, they must send the faulty watch back to The Time Keepers. To return your product to The Time Keepers please contact our customer service here to receive a return shipping label.

A major fault constitutes anything that cannot be easily fixed and does not allow the product to perform its basic function. This includes problems such as a watch stopping, losing time, etc. In the event of a major fault, The Time Keepers will pay any and all return shipping expenses. To return your product to The Time Keepers please contact our customer service here to receive a return shipping label. For a major fault the product will only be repaired or replaced, however, full refunds for the product may be granted at the discretion of a Time Keepers representative.

In the event that you wish to file for an exchange or warranty claim, please contact our customer service here and provide them with the reason for your request as well as any relevant evidence that may be required. You will then be provided with a return shipping label and returns form that must be sent back with your watch.
